Step 2: Underwriting & Approval
Once prequalified, we’ll guide you through a tailored underwriting process:
- Final review of financials, cash-flow, etc
- Submit for formal approval
- Issue a commitment letter upon approval

Step 3: Closing & Funding
Your dedicated closing coordinator manages every detail:
- Document collection and legal review
- Coordination with buyer, seller, and any supporting parties
- Wire transfer of funds and post-close onboarding
