Closing Team

Jess joined the PPC LOAN team in  February 2021. As a member of the Closing Team, she is responsible for ensuring the loan process goes smoothly and every client’s experience is an enjoyable one. Jess brings over 20 years of operations and customer service experience to our team. She is passionate about providing the highest-level customer service at every point of contact she makes with our clients and looks forward to developing long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Jess was born and raised in the Spring/Woodlands area and had the privilege of getting married and raising her four kids there as well. In her free time, you will often find her outdoors going for walks on the local trails, cheering for her kids at sporting events, and spending time with her extended family. Jess is an avid reader and regularly keeps a stack of books nearby. 

Madison Erdman joined PPC Loan in September 2020 as an Operations Assistant and has steadily advanced into her current role as Closing Coordinator. With a background in hospitality, she brings a people-first mindset and strong attention to detail to every transaction, making it a priority to keep things moving smoothly and clients feeling informed along the way.

A Midwest native and proud North Dakota State University grad (go Bison!), Madison moved to Houston in 2014 and is happy to call it home. Outside the office, there’s a good chance you’ll find her on the sidelines at the soccer fields cheering on her kids or spending time with family and friends.

Christina joined the Closing Department at PPCLOAN in January 2012 and has gained over a decade of experience guiding clients through smooth, efficient closings. Known for her attention to detail and proactive communication, she is committed to providing exceptional customer service at every stage of the transaction.

A proud Texas A&M University graduate, Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics with a minor in Business Administration.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending time outdoors and can often be found fishing with her family along the Texas coast.

Claire joined PPC LOAN as a Closing Coordinator where she supports borrowers throughout the closing process and helps ensure each loan closes smoothly, accurately, and on time. With a strong background in customer service and outside sales through internships, she brings excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail to every client interaction. She is excited to contribute to a team that values professionalism and delivers and exceptions client experience.

Born and raised in Orange County, CA, Claire moved to Texas to attend Sam Houston State University where she graduated in 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Outside of work, Claire enjoys spending time in God’s creation, staying active through sports and fitness, and making meaningful memories with her family.
