Fred de Roode, President and CEO
Fred has 28 years of senior management experience in the financial services industry and is the founder of Professional Practice Capital, LLP. Prior to founding PPC, Fred started and managed the Professional and Executive Banking Division for a large Chicago bank and managed their Small Business Banking Division. Fred has specialized in providing professionals and entrepreneurs access to capital in order to grow and manage their professional practices and businesses since he began his banking career and possesses expertise in the areas of private banking, commercial lending, financial planning, business development, and marketing. Fred graduated from the University of Mississippi with a BBA in Banking and Finance. He is a licensed Certified Financial Planner and member of the Board of Trustees of the Pacific Dental Education Foundation of the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, CA.
K.M. “Mac” Winston, Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer
Mac has over 25 years of banking experience and has specialized in lending to dentists, veterinarians, accountants, insurance agents, and other service sector professionals since 1992. In addition to serving as a member of the Practice Management Faculty of the Northwestern Dental School, Mac is also an on-going speaker at the University of Texas San Antonio and University of Las Vegas Dental Schools. Mac has published numerous articles in Dental Economics and other prominent dental publications. Mac graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Accounting and is a Certified Financial Planner.
Paul Clarke, Chief Operating Officer
Paul has a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University. He joined Professional Practice Capital as a Financial Analyst in 1999 and was promoted to Vice President of Underwriting in 2002. Paul currently serves as PPC's Chief Operating Officer. Paul, a native Houstonian, resides in The Woodlands with his wife Katy and sons Ryan & William. Paul spends his free time enjoying his family and playing golf.
Brannon Moncrief, Director of Business Development 
Brannon grew up in Sugar Land, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance. After joining Professional Practice Capital as a Financial Analyst in 2002, Brannon spent 3 years as an integral part of PPC's underwriting department before assuming his current position as Director of Business Development. Brannon's unique combination of underwriting and sales experience provides you with a valuable resource to utilize during your loan process.
Tabitha Chisum, Sr. Closing Coordinator 
Tabitha joined Professional Practice Capital in May of 2000 as a Closing Coordinator. After spending time working in the underwriting department as well as serving as the Director of Marketing & Customer Service, Tabitha returned to the closing department in May 2005. Possessing comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of PPC Tabitha is highly qualified to guide you through the loan process from start to finish.
Steven Kemper, Relationship Manager
Steven graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance and joined Professional Practice Capital in early 2005 as a financial analyst. Steven quickly became a fundamental part of our underwriting department, specializing in CPA loans. Born and raised in Brenham, Texas, Steven currently resides in The Woodlands.
T.J. Griffith, Relationship Manager
T.J. grew up in Houston, Texas and graduated from Texas Tech University with BHS in Financial Planning. Before joining Professional Practice Capital as a Relationship Manager in January 2008, TJ worked as an insurance broker providing life and disability insurance along with annuities and other tax advantaged investments for personal and business purposes.
Kyle Crawford, Relationship Manager
Kyle grew up in Friendswood, TX and graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance. He joined Professional Practice Capital in December of 2007 as a Relationship Manager and currently resides in The Woodlands, TX. Before joining PPC, Kyle worked for a firm that provided computerized solutions to auto dealerships. In his spare time Kyle enjoys taking his dog for walks at local parks, being outdoors, and enjoying Houston and Texas A&M sports.
Ashley Marcelle, Closing Coordinator
Ashley graduated from Texas A&M University with a BA in International Studies. Before joining the PPC team in February 2007, she worked in the accounting department for a local Houston commercial printing company. Ashley was born and raised in The Woodlands/Spring area and currently resides in The Woodlands with her husband and two cats. She enjoys being outdoors and traveling of all kind, especially overseas.
Dustin Mangone, Relationship Manager
Dustin is originally from Marble Falls, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Marketing. Dustin worked as a financial consultant providing retirement benefits for non-profit organizations before joining Professional Practice Capital as a financial analyst in May 2005.
James Crawford ,Relationship Manager
James was born and raised in The Woodlands, TX and graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance. Prior to joining Professional Practice Capital as a Relationship Manager in the spring of 2008, James worked for a CPA firm providing clients with tax preparation as well as consulting.
Lisa Luedde, Operations Manager
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri Lisa was the youngest Customer Service Manager in the Kroger Gateway Marketing Division. Lisa joined Professional Practice Capital in March 2000 and currently serves as Operations Manager. With her strong background in customer service and experience in commercial loan closing
Lisa is an effective and resourceful member of the PPC team.
Cherryl Whitton, Relationship Analyst
Cherryl joined Professional Practice Capital in March 2007 bringing with her a wide range of attributes acquired through years in the banking/finance industry. Cherryl’s emphasis on detail and strong desire to provide the ultimate in customer service/satisfaction will enable her to assist you with all of your post-closing needs. She has been a resident of the Spring, TX area for more then twenty years and has three children of which two currently reside with her.
Angela Wills, Marketing Coordinator
Angela grew up in San Diego, California and joined Professional Practice Capital in December 2003 after relocating to the Houston area. Prior to joining PPC Angela worked as an Associate Project Manager in the wireless telecommunication and information technology fields. After spending more than two years as PPC's Office Manager, Angela is now serving as the company's Marketing Coordinator.
Jamie Fischer, Operations Coordinator
Jamie graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication. Prior to joining PPC in 2007, she worked for a local real estate agency. Jamie was born in Giddings, Texas and currently resides in the Conroe area.
