Meet the PPCLOAN Team

Fred de Roode, Chairman and CEO
Fred has over 34 years of senior management experience in the financial services industry and is one of the founders of PPCLOAN. Prior to founding PPCLOAN in 2008, Fred was one of the founders and served as President and CEO of Professional Practice Capital, LLP since 1998. Prior to founding Professional Practice Capital, Fred started and managed the Professional and Executive Banking Division for a large Chicago bank and managed their Small Business Banking Division. Fred has specialized in providing professionals and entrepreneurs access to capital in order to grow and manage their professional practices and businesses since he began his banking career and possesses expertise in the areas of private banking, commercial lending, financial planning, business development, and marketing. Fred graduated from the University of Mississippi with a BBA in Banking and Finance. He is a licensed Certified Financial Planner, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Pacific Dental Education Foundation of the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, CA, and a founder of the Center for Insurance and Risk Management at the University of Houston Downtown in Houston, TX.

K.M. "Mac" Winston, President and Chief Lending Officer
Mac has over 25 years of banking experience and has specialized in lending to dentists, veterinarians, accountants, insurance agents, and other service sector professionals since 1992. In addition to serving as a member of the Practice Management Faculty of the Northwestern Dental School, Mac is also an on-going speaker at the University of Texas San Antonio and University of Las Vegas Dental Schools. Mac has published numerous articles in Dental Economics and other prominent dental publications. Mac graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Accounting and is a Certified Financial Planner.

Paul Clarke, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Paul has a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University. He joined PPCLOAN as a Financial Analyst in 1999 and currently holds the position of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Paul, a native Houstonian, resides in The Woodlands with his wife Katy and sons Ryan and William. Paul spends his free time enjoying his family and playing golf.

Brannon Moncrief, Director of Dental and Veterinary Lending
After joining PPCLOAN as a Financial Analyst in 2002, Brannon spent three years as an integral part of PPCLOAN's underwriting department before assuming his current position as Director of Dental and Veterinary Lending. Brannon's unique combination of underwriting and sales experience provides you with a valuable resource to utilize during your loan process. Brannon grew up in Sugar Land, Texas, and graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance.

Tabitha Chisum, Vice President Operations & Client Services
Tabitha joined PPCLOAN in May of 2000 and has spent time both underwriting and closing loans. The bulk of Tabitha's experience comes in leading the closing team, and she was recently promoted to VP Operations & Client Services. This position allows Tabitha to continue to oversee loan closings, while continuing to have a presence in keeping our customers happy long after their loan closes. Tabitha currently resides in Spring, TX and enjoys spending time with her husband Matt, daughter Victoria and son Nolan.

Alissa Brinkle, Closing Coordinator
Alissa grew up in Spring, Texas and graduated from Michigan State. After spending 7 years processing payroll she joined PPCLOAN as a Closing Coordinator. Alissa enjoys her daily interaction with customers. Alissa currently resides in Spring, Texas and enjoys working out and caring for her puppy.

Steven Kemper, Director of Financial Services – Allstate Specialist
Steven graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance and joined PPCLOAN in early 2005 as a financial analyst. Steven quickly became a fundamental part of our Underwriting Department, specializing in Allstate loans. Steven enjoys traveling to various Allstate Kickoff meetings around the country and has positioned himself as a great resource to Allstate agents. Born and raised in Brenham, Texas, Steven currently resides in The Woodlands with his wife Candice.

Eric LeBlanc, Relationship Manager Allstate
Eric was born and raised in Galveston, TX, before attending Texas A&M University where he received a BA in Finance. Eric enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing the guitar, reading about things that matter, fishing, surfing, growing & cooking food, and exercising.

Dustin Mangone, Relationship Manager Allstate
Dustin graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Marketing. Enjoying helping customers, Dustin spent time as a financial consultant providing retirement benefits for non-profit organizations before joining PPCLOAN. Dustin continues daily customer interaction, being a Relationship Manager at PPCLOAN for our Allstate customers. Dustin is originally from Marble Falls, TX and resides in Houston, Texas.

Ashley Marcelle, Closing Coordinator
Ashley graduated from Texas A&M University with a BA in International Studies. Before joining PPCLOAN, Ashley spent time in the accounting field. She has served in both an underwriting and closing capacity at PPCLOAN, with her current position being that of Closing Coordinator. Ashley was born and raised in The Woodlands/Spring area and currently resides in The Woodlands with her husband two cats, and dog. She enjoys being outdoors and traveling of all kind, especially overseas.

Kristyn Roberts, Closing Coordinator
Kristyn graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in University Studies, Leadership Studies, and minors in Business and Communications. Before joining PPCLOAN as a Closing Coordinator, Kristyn spent time in the law field. Originally from Edmonton, Alberta, she currently resides in The Woodlands, Texas. She enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with friends and family.

Cherryl Whitton, Manager Client Services
Cherryl joined PPCLOAN in March 2007, bringing with her a wide range of attributes acquired through years in the banking/finance industry. Cherryl's emphasis on detail and strong desire to provide the ultimate in customer service/satisfaction will enable her to assist you with all of your post-closing needs. She has been a resident of the Spring, Texas, area for more than twenty years and has three children.

Lisa Luedde, Operations Manager
Originally from St. Louis, MO, Lisa was the youngest customer service manager in the Kroger Gateway Marketing Division. Lisa joined PPCLOAN in March 2000 and currently serves as Operations Manager. With her strong background in customer service and experience in commercial loan closing Lisa is an effective and resourceful member of the PPCLOAN team.

Jaymee Schreiber, Operations Assistant
Jaymee is an integral part of PPCLOAN, working behind the scenes to make sure everything goes smoothly at the office. She graduated from Southern Utah University and immediately moved to Texas. She currently resides in Spring, Texas and enjoys archery, hunting, baking, and spending time with friends.

Haley Knight, Administrative Assistant
Haley graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Communication. Currently serving as the Administrative Assistant for PPCLOAN, she aides both customers and fellow employees on a daily basis. Haley grew up in Spring, Texas and enjoys all things music, and spending time with friends.
